Resident Evil es uno de los fundadores de los clásicos del survivalhorror, y considerado uno de los reyes del género junto con Silent Hill. Ahora abandonando un poco el survival horror y optando por un estilo de juego más simple Capcom ha lanzado Resident Evil: The Mercenaries 3D.
Basado en el popular mini juego de Mercenarios, en el cual tienes que eliminar todos los Zombis y creaturas posibles en un tiempo limitado para lograr la mayor puntuación posible.
El juego tiene un estilo de vista similar al visto en Resident Evil 4 y 5, y tendrá la posibilidad de verse en tres dimensiones. En cuanto a los escenarios, existen algunos nuevos y otros clásicos de los juegos anteriores de The Mercenaries.
De los personajes no habrá mucho de que sorprenderse pues veremos a los clásicos personajes de toda la saga: Albert Wesker, Claire Redfield, Hunk, Jill Valentine, Chris Redfield, Barry Burton, Jack Krauser aunque decepcionó un poco no ver a Leon Kennedy y Ada Wong.
The Mercenaries 3D se limita a ser un juego de entrenamiento y no aporta nada a la historia del juego, lo cual ha desanimado a algunos fans, pero si lo que buscas es un buen rato en tu Nintendo 3DS este juego seguro te lo dará, y es uno de esos juegos ideales para competir por ver quién es el mejor.
